As far as I know this is an image of the Annaloiste Gun Club who used to shoot down here at the Lough. It might even still exist in some form or other. I want to research the club's history to find out how attitudes to this local landscape might have changed over the years. The next step is to place posters out on the site and see if any of the public can tell me more about the club's activities and who is in the photo.
